One reason that English speaking is so difficult is because spoken English is full of reductions. Because of that, written English is only an approximation of what spoken English actually sounds like, and at times, they can be quite different. These reductions are why native speakers can produce sentences and phrases that are smooth and continuous, while Non-native speakes, no matter how great their grammar or vocaulary may be, never quite sound natural. It is these reductions that give spoken English its rhythm, and to truly master English speech, they must also be mastered.

Phat English is designed to help you do just that: understand and recognize these reductions when you hear them, and also learn how to apply them to your own speech. There are multiple types of English reductions, and each one will be introduced to you in this program.
